Returns
We can only accept returns for items bought on this site. Please contact shops directly if purchased from a retail outlet. If for some reason you want to return your purchase please fill out the form to the right within 14 days of order being placed. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Exchanges
If an item is exchanged ( No exchange on earrings: See below), customer will receive online credit to purchase the new item as a separate purchase once returned item is received and checked that it is in perfect condition. All returns are by post and not in person.
We don't accept Returns on Earrings or customised items (Clip ons) In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings excluded from our returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Can you change the chain on my necklace?
If you would like a replacement chain for your jewellery we can change it for you for the price of the new chain plus postage. The chains are all 16” in length and 25” for the Bauhaus Necklaces.
Oh No, I lost one earring or broke my piece!
If you have lost 1 earring we may be able to sell you one earring as long as it is still being made and is not one of a kind. Please note, it is not always possible to replace or repair your jewellery, depending on the level of damage, if parts are still available or is piece is still being made.
