Shipping Methods
All orders are sent via An Post untracked regular post (unless you choose and tracked option at checkout). If a piece is sold out please see my stockists who have lots of stock.

If you want to track your item you must use the Express Delivery/Tracking number option at the checkout. I cannot take responsibility for delayed/lost packages. Once they are handed over to postal service they are of my control. I will only ship to the address provided when order is purchased. If there is an issue with the address please contact me as soon as you can. Always give me a Post Code/Eircode.

Packaging
I use craft cardboard branded recycled gift boxes and cardboard packaging and paper padding to protect my pieces when I ship them. I do not use any plastic.

International customers please note I cannot take responsibility for any tax, customs, duties or fees arising from posting to your country.

Returns

We can only accept returns for items bought on this site. Please contact shops directly if purchased from a retail outlet. If for some reason you want to return your purchase please use the return option here with proof of purchase, (order number & receipt) within 14 days of order being placed. If an item is exchanged ( No exchange on earrings: See below), customer will receive online credit to purchase the new item as a separate purchase once returned item is received and checked that it is in perfect condition. All returns are by post and not in person. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

We don't accept Returns on Earrings or customised items
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings excluded from our returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and item must be in perfect condition and original packaging upon receipt of goods. We recommend using a tracked postal shipping option to ensure safe delivery and make sure you fill out the return request form before sending.

Can you change the chain on my necklace?

If you would like a replacement chain for your jewellery we can change it for you for the price of the new chain plus postage. The chains are all 20” in length and 25” for the Bauhaus Necklaces. I do not offer any alternative lengths. But we do sell chain extenders. They are available here

Do you offer Servicing & Part replacement?

Please note, it is not always possible to repair your jewellery, depending on the level of damage, if parts are still available or is piece is still being made. Always email us first before sending at returns@shockofgrey.com with Name, Address, Order number, date purchased and what happened the piece along with a picture of the jewellery you wish to have repaired and we can advise further. If it it beyond the 14 days return timeframe you will be quoted the price of the parts + labour + postage.

Please note during Peak Christmas Season (November/December)we are not able to offer this service. This service resumes in January.

We no longer offer one earring for replacement of lost ones as we make them in pairs.
