Do you do supply Wholesale?

Yes I do. Please contact us at hello@shockofgrey.com for sales enquiries.

Do you do custom orders?

Only for cultural or charity partnered projects that are compatible with our brand. Please email us to enquire through the contact us page.

Is your packaging Eco Friendly?

We use recycled cardboard boxes, card for the inserts and the fibre filling is even eco fibre! We use Zero plastic even when shipping for wholesale. Shredded paper in your order boxes is recycled too! Shock of Grey is a sustainable Irish company.

What materials do you use?

Our earring posts are stainless steel, brass or gold plated brass. Other materials are hand painted wood, brass and acrylic. Please read item description before purchasing. Earrings backs are gold plated brass and chains are 24k Gold Plated brass.

When will an item be back in stock?

Some pieces are part of collections which are simply sold out. Some pieces are one of a kind and once they’re gone, they’re gone! Staple pieces like the D Doodle, Megadrop and Multishape necklaces are restocked every few weeks.

Do you do clip on earrings?

Due to the design of earring tops and production processes we cannot facilitate this at the moment.

Do you sell replacement of single lost earrings?
We no longer offer one earring for replacement of lost ones as we make them in pairs.

Do you offer servicing?

It is not always possible to replace or repair your jewellery, depending on the level of damage, if parts are still available or is piece is still being made. Always email us first before sending. Please email us at returns@shockofgrey.com with Name, Address, Order number, date purchased and what happened the piece along with a picture of the jewellery and we can advise further or fill out the form here. If it it beyond the 30 days return timeframe you will be charged the price of the parts + labour + postage.

Please note during Peak Christmas Season (November/December)we are not able to offer this service. This service will resume in January.
